The orchestral parts are absolutely fine; however, the drops are a little too messy (Sound design and mixing). Also, the bridge is a little empty right before second build up (the constant lead around 3:23 gets a little irritating and it overpowers the drums). Try to ensure that nothing in the mix is trying to overpower another sound (etc.). The snare choice is a little strange but seems to fit decently during the first drop. The second drop melodies are kind of strange in my opinion. One other detail that is crucial is ensuring that your drop effectively impacts without sounding harsh (which can be accomplished with better mixing). Try to include more drums than the kick, hat and snare during the drop for more tension. If you want to classify this as orchestral dubstep, it will need more orchestral aspects throughout the drop (without colliding with the dubstep sounds).

Work on your sound design and mixing (these are what all musicians strive to improve) and you will become quite awesome at electronic music production.

Good luck! You improved quite a lot so I wonder what will come from you next..

11 seconds? Come on dude.. Not bad, but boring after the first 2 loops.

Also, I know nothing about Hip Hop so leave me out of this. Try making full tracks again..

Loving the chill stuff you make dude. As usual, no complaints :D

Keep making amazing stuff!

KORAII responds:

Thx heaps dood :3

There we go, much smoother than the preview. Drop at the end is not even bad really.

I am glad you put time into making this better xD

I don't want to say much more because I am not a big fan of the original song to be honest.

This could be so much better, but you have to realize that Virtual Riot used much more variation in the leads, which is what this is lacking. Also, the mix isn't very powerful and the hats are too loud.

The dubstep sounds towards the end are actually quite accurate (I'll admit lol). But they could be better still.

I guess most of the stuff that you need improvement on will come with time and experience, so keep it up!

Thank you man, it was really my first time using this program and I appreciate your feedback. Really, the only reason why I didn't use the variation in melody was of laziness :P

thanks man! :D

Impacts too loud at 00:14.. The intro isn't excellent, but after that hard impact that shattered my ears, it smoothed out and was enjoyable. It will need some instruments to back it but it is coming along alright.. :D

Keep it up and address the above issues so I can give you a much higher rating on your final release!!

Pulvite responds:

Thanks for pointing those out, that's what previews are for aren't they?

Quite well done my friend. The fast hats get a little annoying between 1:51-2:22.. They are distracting, but other than that.. this made me happy :D

Keep it up!!

sYrge responds:

Thanks for the feedback, and i couldn't disagree more about those hats XD

You made a song called Nightmare too? Nice, I find the mix to be a little messy as the bass overpowers it too much. Loving the piano part at the beginning and end. I feel like similar things inspired our "nightmare"s.

This track was fun to listen to, keep up the sick work and practice your mixing skills and refer to tracks similar to yours (as a reference of a mix you want to achieve)!

Absolute gold guys!

The mix is powerful and everything works together perfectly. I was wondering when this would be finished (lol).

Keep up the awesome work, both of you!

Lockyn responds:

Thank you <3 Glad you enjoyed!
